South Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas are being devastated by the Caldor fire currently. By all estimates the fire will be out and air quality better by when Tahoe Dreamin' 2021 will take place. But the area and residents will need a lot of help and support. South Lake Tahoe area depends heavily on tourism. With Covid and then the Caldor Fire, the residents and businesses that depend on tourism will need help.
We are currently looking into what we can do to do help. Having our conference and visiting the local businesses is a small thing that we can do at the least, and looking to see what we can possibly do additionally to help. At this time we can only brainstorm and hope the fire is contained soon. But know we are looking to see what we can, as a Salesforce community, can do to help.
