Jocelyn Gutierrez is an Immigration Program Analyst with the Department of Social Services. Jocelyn is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and enjoys learning about world history and cultures. In her current capacity, she is excited to be on the Salesforce implementation team at the Department of Social Services where she had the opportunity to co-build the Immigration Services Bureaus’ Customer Relationship Management platform. As a former educator and current social services employee, she is passionate about social justice. She is excited about technology and innovation, especially when using it to advance missions around social justice and equity.
