In this session, Tracy Greene (Tracy/Their) and Vanessa Grant will demonstrate the importance of good UX and share best practices to avoid “design debt” and increase user adoption (and lower user frustration). Audience members will leave with an actionable list of ways they can improve their Salesforce projects (including a Configuration Style Guide and UI Checklist). Tracy and Vanessa will tie it all together at the end by going over the new User Experience Designer Salesforce Certification and the reasons for companies to invest in helping their Salesforce professionals learn how to design.
