Nikita is a veteran engineer and serial entrepreneur specializing in building service and product-based businesses in the Salesforce ecosystem. He spent almost 9 years at Salesforce R&D, where he worked on a vast number of projects with multiple teams. His work at Salesforce started with building the first ever native CPQ application on and for Salesforce, all before Apex Code and Visualforce’s official debut. He worked closely with engineers to help bring to life what would eventually become the metadata API. From there he was instrumental in several efforts including: Application Security, My Domain, & Visualforce. His final project at Salesforce was the first ever Cloud Security Scanner.
After leaving Salesforce, Nikita launched a services company, Golden Ratio Systems, where he has worked as an architect on countless Salesforce implementation projects. His newest brainchild is Pharos-- a game-changing observability tool that catches every error across an entire Salesforce stack within seconds. It is the only native end-to-end fully automated developer troubleshooting platform, with integrations and real time monitoring of Apex, Flow, and Process Builder exception logs. Nikita holds a masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. He is also an avid painter and a musician.
