When registering for Tahoe Dreamin' 2021 and attending Tahoe Dreamin' 2021 you are agreeing to the below.

  • Masks required at all-times except for presenters during their presentation
    • We will be following the airline type of rules, where you can lower your mask for a drink and then put the mask back up after taking a drink.
  • Proof of Covid vaccination uploaded prior to the conference. We will not be doing onsite vaccination checks.
  • Attendees agree to wash hands often and use hand sanitizer throughout the conference.
  • All attendees will complete a daily wellness questionnaire
  • Onsite temperature check. This is currently in progress and may or may not happen. If we have a contact-less temperature system attendees agree to use this before entering.
  • Attendees agree they....
    • Will not attend if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arriving
    • Will not attend if they have any of the following symptoms in the 10 days prior to arriving: Cough, Sore throat, Shortness of breath, body aches (muscle and joint pain) that are not from current health conditions, temperature over 99.5-degrees F, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, or diarrhea
    • Will not attend if have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arriving
  • We will follow a strict inherence to all the above.  Please remember this is a community conference, put on by volunteers in the Salesforce community.  I do not want to deny someone entry or have conflicts at the conference. I understand some might not agree with all the rules and guidelines in place but please do not bring those difference of opinions to the volunteer staff.

Cancelation Requests

  • Any registrations from 8/30/2021 until 10/8/21 will follow the below policies
    • If you cancel within 10 days of registration you will receive a refund minus 10% to cover cancelation costs.
    • Cancelations after 10 days of registration and cancelation request before 10/15/2021 will receive a refund minus 30% to cover costs.
    • Any cancelation after 10/15/2021 will not get a refund without approval.
  • Any registration after 10/8/21 will follow the below:
    • Any cancelation up to end of day 10/15/2021 will receive a refund minus 30%
    • Any cancelation after 10/15/2021 will not get a refund without approval.
  • Any cancelation after 10/15/2021 will not get a refund without approval.
  • For anyone that registered prior to 8/30/2021 they are allowed to cancel and get at full refund if requested by 9/20/2021.
    • Any cancelations from the group referenced above after 9/20/2021 will follow the same policies as the 8/30/2021 until 10/8/21 policy group above.

What if Tahoe Dreamin' 2021 is canceled?

f the conference is canceled due to Covid or other reason beyond our control, you can choose one of the 2 options below.

  • Roll the ticket over to Tahoe Dreamin' 2022, which is currently scheduled Aug 4-5, 2022. This is method that will help the community conference the most, as refunds will put the conference leads into debt to cover.
  • Receive a refund minus the credit card fee we are charged on any refunds (approx. 2.9%)

You agree that Tahoe Dreamin' can make any changes to this at any time. Any changes will be noted on this webpage and all current registrants will be notified of those changes.
